What do you collect?

The email you give at checkout, your orders and what was delivered in them, the payment result your payment provider sends us, your support tickets, and ordinary server logs such as IP address and browser. Nothing else is asked for.

What is it used for?

Running your order: taking the payment, showing the delivered logins on your order page, sending the delivery email, and dealing with tickets and replacement claims. Logs are used to keep the site secure.

Is it sold or shared?

It is not sold. It is passed only to the providers that make the shop work, payment, hosting and email, and only as much as each needs.

Do you use cookies?

Yes, for sign-in, the cart and checkout security. Without them the shop cannot take an order.

How long is it kept?

Orders and payment records for as long as bookkeeping requires; tickets for as long as an order can still be claimed; logs for a short time.

Can I see or delete my data?

Yes. Write to us through the Contact page from the email you used to order, and say what you would like: a copy, a correction or deletion. Records we must keep for accounting stay until that period ends.
